EXCELLENT SERVICE

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at your establishment for their excellent customer service skills. It is after a very long time that i witnessed such excellent service. From management to the employee assisting in the lift. My daughter got sick during our stay and the manager (I think his name was Rajen... waited with us until the ambulance got there.. took us down and waited at the ambulance until we left. We were further assisted with the hotel arranaging a cab back for us to the hotel and they paid the bill.. this to me with the height of compassions from an organisation. We also had an incident at breakfast with my daughter not feeling well. Lee and Jerome of the breakfast team were amazing and assisted us on that day and checked on the us for the remaining time of our stay.. making us feel extremely special and taken care of. I have stayed at numerous hotels but must admit that your hotel is a notch above the rest. THANK YOU.. I HOPE TO BEABLE TO STAY LONGER THE NEXT TIME I VISIT.
