Elements Cafe Disaster

<p>I had a rather horrific experience at Elements cafe in the beverly Hills Hotel in Umhlanga.</p> <p>I took my sons and some family from Johannesburg for a quick and easy lunch/coffee date.</p> <p>The service received from our waitress was absolutely not 5 star service.</p> <p>It was pathetic, for a restaurant of that reputation.</p> <p>She was serving too many tables and kept forgetting about delivering our requests.</p> <p>Even her attitude kinda sucked, as she was just unfriendly and not willing to meet us halfway. I even requested to be served by another waiter, due to the bad service she rendered to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is not the ideal situation, considering I had two guests join my family of four, from Johannesburg.</p> <p>I always rant and rave about how service deliveries are always over exceeding expectations at all Tsogo sun restaurants, but this was way below expectations.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suggest that Tsogo Sun gets proper interpersonal s****s conducted for their staff and get them measured on a regular basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p>
