Elangeni - not hospitable

I made an initial complaint and got a call from someone called Roger. He said that he would correct the problem. He said he would forward his number to me so I could call him next time I was in town. He never sent his number. I called the hotel. They say the don't know a Roger at the hotel. What am I to do? I'm at a different hotel now because Elangeni seems to not want me at their establishment.
