Dissapointing Housekeeping!

The hotel is decent but poor housekeeping is letting it down.

The following items were not put in our room: Bin to throw in garbage. Teas****s to stir tea/coffee. No TV guide, we had to surf through all the channels to see what's playing.

I did phone the reception to ask for a bin and an iron to iron our clothes, it took 1 hour and another phone call for housekeeping to send an iron which was not working properly leaked water all over my dress! 2 hours later the bin is not here!!

I hope management can take this up with housekeeping, the hotel will lose business if customers have to beg for every little thing!
