Dissapointed guest

Hey, I wanted to share something really frustrating. I recently booked a night at the Elangeni Southern Sun Hotel in Durban North Beach, and when I got to my room, I found wood borer in the bathroom. I was honestly shocked and pretty disappointed. I took pictures and sent them directly to the hotel to explain the situation. They told me the general manager would call me two days ago to address the issue, but I still haven’t heard a single word from them. It’s really upsetting that after reporting such a serious problem, the hotel hasn’t responded or taken any action. I’m just hoping to get some proper feedback or resolution soon because this whole experience has been really disappointing.
