Disgusting service

While staying in Hazyview this past week, we decided to go to Sabi River Sun (part of Tsogo Sun) for dinner. I phoned 2 or 3 days before to find out prices and times and if we need to make a booking. The gentleman who answered said we dont need to book as there is only 4 of us. Upon arriving at Sabi, I asked for a table of 4 and was asked if we had made a booking and I said that we were told that we dont need to make one. The man then said 'I will see what I can do.' After that, a waitress seated us (many tables were available). There was a dead fly in my wine glass, a ****roach walked past my boyfriends foot and we were given 2 menus - there were 4 of us. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our order, I asked the manager to call a waitress, I then watched him and he did not go and call anyone. He just walked around. Eventually our waitress came. I asked for a Coke and no ice. She brought ice. The rolls were stale, they then had run out of rolls that was supposed to come with the soup we ordered. She brought 2 slices of white bread - no butter. The service was slow and pathetic. The food was disgusting and we will definitely not go back again. '4 star' ??? That is a joke.
