Disgusting management from sun coast casino

<p>To tsogo sun :You guys better sort out the **** that happening at your ********* filthy disgusting suncoast casino in durban , I'm a regular black card holder player there , and because I was treated like **** last year during my b-day by one of the table supervisor there and the manager the white arrogant rude female instead of sorting out the problem she was been rude to me which makes me wonder why the hell must I wast my time here at this disgusting place , and why the hell this disgusting place keep on harassing me by SMS me all these bull**** message to go there and treat like and idiot there ?! So I make a wise decision stoped going to this unbelievably disgusting place for 6 month, then on 2nd of Jan my friend wanted to go there so I went with him only because she need my transport, and on that nite I ordered food from the club select , and was treated very badly by one waiter when I ordered my food , she stares at me and mumbling with her disgusting attitude, and after 30 min my food still didn't came so I went to find out from the manager in duty the indian guy , and asked him what's going on , he then Bull****ted me that because I haven't started playing with my black card so I can't order the food , just listen to what kind of bull **** this guy is saying ?! I can't even order food before I start to play then what's the point of having a black card ? I ask him that , he then threaten me that if I don't start playing I won't get my food, ha! What a joke?! Do you Guys really think that I'm there only because for that piece of Chicken stack that I ordered ?! I then went to the manger in VIP and she told me that they are running a business that's why I can get my food before I start playing ?!and after I wrote a complaint to the sun coast survey , then on the 12th of feb 2017 8:00pm my friend ask me to go with her again and then the security supervisor told me that I was banned because of the food issue, which is totally fine by me coz I will never go to this ****ing disgusting place for the rest of my life , EVEN IF YOU ****EN BEG ME and so is all of my friends, u ban me =u ban all of Us! And seriously i got nothing to loose out , but your casino's reputation is ****en finished , you guys just ****ed up tsogo sun reputation, and the public will be shocked how disgusting you guys are by treating VIP player in this inhuman way, do you guys think we give a **** about your ****en food and your casino , to the sun coast management team:**** you and your business ! If this is how you do business you I will be ****ing shocked if people are still willing to go there ! Tsogo sun you guys better sort this disgusting sun coast casino out before your reputation get ruined further , the management team at sun coast are ruining your already ruined reputation</p>
