DISGUSTING , DECEIVING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

I booked into elangani southern sun durban and it was the worst and disgusting service .

From the security to the staff and to the manager The hotel was full booked with no COVID protocols in place The breakfast was the worse Nothing catered for Muslim people for a breakfast. Everyone is in each other's faces When asked for anything at your table the people there just ignore you We couldn't even get a charger plug The parking even tho it was paid for we couldn't get a park secured inside . The rooms were so terrible . So small with 1 light literally working . Pictures they have on internet are so deceiving This is such a terrible experience . To have paid so much money on something that wasn't worth it . Disgusting !!
