Disgusting balconies.
Should be giving it a zero star rating. Family room for kids and the balcony has all bird fecies all over. Clearly not a 4 star hotel for the price you pay. Have photos for the full picture

08 Aug 2020, 18:56You can clearly see in these pictures it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Even have birds nests on the balcony. So I will not entertain this poor excuse. Get someone to contact me to sort this out.
