Disgustin Service

We celebrated our bachelor party over the weekend and the hotel as our over night venue. Room service was pathetic and took over an hour to get us. No one answered the phone and when we eventually went down to reception the Manager on Duty was not helpful at all. At R 3200 a night we expected great evening and we got the complete opposite. Safe to say our experience was disgusting and we wont recommend this hotel.
