DISGUSTED - Families with Kids - DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had made a booking with Garden Court Morningside Months ago for 2 nights. The booking said Two Adults and Two kids, 1 been an Infant, yes Infant (a kid less than 1 year old) that requires a Pram. They had months to prepare for my Check in, on the day of check in (today), their ROOMS are FULL and they give me a room with no Pram access!! They expect me to carry my pram WITH my child inside it sleeping every time I enter the hotel. They would rather give a room to a person capable of walking up and down stairs with no PRAMS then to cater for Families travelling with kids. Terrible Hotel and Staff, do not even cater for families with Babies! Theres no lift, no ramp, and when I had asked they said sorry fully booked... I had booked months ago... you tell you couldnt cater for a family with an infant!!! I cant believe a hotel would do that to a guest... they said late at night when i come back to hotel... i must ask someone to carry the pram for me... so I am now not able to enter and go as I please like other hotels, I have to take my baby out of the Pram and then fold it and ask someone to carry and my baby wakes up and then what.... Disgusting service! Worst ever experience! Please do not ever stay here!!!
