Disappointing spa service and experience

<p>Hi</p> <p>We booked a 90 min couples massage treatment worth R1780 for 20 December. It was our one year anniversary and was our first time staying in at the Arabella. We had paid fully for our treatment and booked the treatment in advance on 9 December. However, 30 minutes before our treatment we got a call from the spa letting us know that one of the the******s had left and they cannot do our treatment. All we got in return was a "sorry" and that we can come for a 60min treatment at 8am the next day. We said we didn't want the massage the next day as we had to check out the next day and it would be during the time we would have breakfast which we also paid for. They then said they would refund our money. It's now 23 December and we still waiting on our refund. Definitely won't be returning to this hotel and spa again. Terrible experience!! </p>
