Disappointing!!!

Paid in full in advance. Was promised a room with air-conditioning. Up on arrival we were told that there is no such thing. We don't get to use aircon in this hotel at all with a bad attitude. Traveled far to get here with our family of 4 just to be treated in a disappointing manner and shrugged shoulders saying take it up with head office since it's not their problem. This is unacceptable!
