Disappointing 1 night stay at Southern Sun Montecasino - 14 October 2017

Despite the fact that I have provided this feedback to the Hotel in writing after our visit, my compliant has neither been acknowledged nor have I been contacted by anyone. I have requested a non-smoking room with a balcony with the best view possible. What I got was a room without a balcony with painter scaffolding blocking my window completely, and painters making noise and working in front of my window on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning from 07h20!! No pre-warning or apology from the hotel or staff. Such a disappointing stay. Breakfast and other facilities were really good but our stay was spoilt.
