Denied comfort

Visited San Deck for drinks with 2 friends. Since we had no reservation were seated by the bean bags. Ordered our drinks and sat on the cemented area near the fireplace which was not lit at the time. I asked Mxolisi and was told since we sitting by the fire are he is not allowed to give us blankets as they were reserved for people not seated near there. Fire still not lit but refused comfort ability.My friend asked another waiter same story and the guy just walked off with a non chalant attitude. Then I went ask Mxolisi again - he said there we finished.We sat for a good hour in the cold, on the cemented area. The fire eventually came on, then a family seated next to us got blankets. At this time, we asked for a manager and waited - no one came. Whilst requesting the bill, 2 men arrive seated to the right us - low n behold they get blankets! They seemed to be friendly basis with the waiter who graciously gave them blankets after refusing us 3times? Nicolette a manager came over still not offering a solution but a sorry? At this time we just wanted to leave.This is 5star property, surely blankets should not be an issue for housekeeping? Such level of service can be received at at F1
