Definately not a 5 star experience as advertised

How disappointing that an establishment of this calibre has guests parking in general airport parking and paying a premium for parking while utilising their facilities incl Quills restaurant and Camelot Spa. Over a year ago we were promised that negotiations with Acsa re parking was underway, but still no development. Shame on you! Not good enough!
