Custormer Standards Dropping

I made a booking for the 17 October 2015,i then decided to add 1 Night extra ( 16 October 2015).I Called the hotel spoke to a lady at reservations who told me no bookings available.I Went on the website and made a booking and the room were available.<br> <br> Check in : Stood for a while in the Que.Its not what you expect at a 5 Star hotel especially at night after a long hard day.Members from Tsogo Sun were actually helping out people BEHIND me in the Que.<br> <br> When using the Telephone in the rooms ,when calling the hotel (House keeping,Guest Services Et) Most it was either just ringing or engaged,The wake up call function was not working.<br> <br> I Booked the room specifically related for the Amashova Race.(F5 Special).When I asked for a late check out which I assumed would not a issue I was told the latest check out is 1pm.<br> My question is Im not a pro rider,i ride for the fun of it.A 100 Km ride usually takes me 5 Hours to complete.Considering the race starts at 7 :30 I would only finish the race at 1:30 Pm ,how am I suppose to check out ? <br> The gentleman who told me this said its Strict Orders from Management and should I not check out I by 10 Pm,There will be a charge.<br> <br>
