Customer service on point.

I had the most wonderful experience in December 2023, from the onset when I was booking for my stay at the Sun 1 hotel in Port Elizabeth from the 26th December till the 30th December 2023. A lovely lady by the name of Sino was very patient and provided amazing customer service through my whole process. Even though I had a million questions' and requests she never failed to make sure that I understood clearly and my requests met. On arrival, we were welcomed yet again by a wonderful lady by the name of Babalwa who gave us unit 320,322 and 324, ohhh another sweet soul who also provided the most amazing customer service to all 9 of us who stayed at the hotel. Being a customer service specialist I know very well how it is to assist alot of people especially in peak period where everyone wants their needs met. So with all that being said I would like to commend both these individuals for being extra ordinary. They are definitely gem stones to Southern Sun and the Sun1 Hotel in PE. Keep it up Babalwa and Sino - yall are amazing.
