Completely Disappointed

Garden court marine parade had no place for the 2 nights i wanted in december when i checked yesterday so i had to take south beach. Today strangely it shows availabilty. I find this unfair and am disappointed because i booked early and couldnt get the hotel i wanted. Can anyone from tsogsun assist me in moving to marine parade where ive been staying since it opened in 1985.
