Greetings, trust you are well

My name is Thembeka Mqadi, had a business booking from National Department Of Public Works with my colleagues from the 4th of October till the 6th October at Blackrock Hotel in Newcastle in room 401.

An hour ago I received a call from the hotel, informing me that they cannot find an iron that was allocated in my room and that they are going to attach that note to my profile.

This is truly concerning because this morning one of the cleaners came into my room and checked the iron and they couldn't find it. And I normally travel with work as I work for Department of Public Works, and something like this has never happened before.

I am really disappointed at how the staff went about the issue and deciding to attach such a cruel and incriminating note on my profile for this.
