Coldest Stay Ever !!!

Myself, my wife and two kids (4years and 6months) checked in to Mikpark on Friday night ... Saturday was really cold in the room, and decided to switch the heater on ... Which gave an error of F1 (New Aircon) .. I called reception who sent someone up to have a look ... Unfortunately, he could not sort the problem and advised that he will log the call and get it sorted in the morning ... But in the interim, due to it being so cold in the room, and having a six month old baby in the cot, he will talk to reception to arrange a blower or something for the night ... But to no avail until we fell asleep ... Next morning (Sunday) I had advised the cleaner of the problem and asked her to get someone to attend to .... As I was driving to a wedding in Pretoria, I called the hotel and spoke to Catherine and advised her of the problem and requested that she get it sorted as the night is cold in the room ... She advised that she will attend to the problem and see that it is resolved by the time we are back ... When we got back, room was ice cold, and F1 was still a problem on the heater/Aircon ... <br> <br> We slept in a cold room, and tried our best to keep my six month old baby warm ... <br>
