****roach in mussle soup

On Friday the 26 February 2016 we had dinner at the San in Sandton sun hotel. The service was slow and when our starters arrived my sister saw that there was a ****roach in her mussel soup. We waited 45mins for starters and then an additional hour to get our mains which the waitress got all wrong. When we told her that our meals where incorrect she took it back to the kitchen and we had to wait a further 30mins only to be given a meal that was missing components that where listed on the menu eg, beef fillet that had no mushrooms, spinach no truffle jus and when they brought the vegetables to us they were so salty...<br> <br> It was just a horrible experience over all
