Charged more than we ordered and poor service

We are group of 12 ladies for our social club. we meet monthly on different restaurant. last month we went to V&V southern Sun Golden Horse restaurant. 1st we will have to look around for the wait to make an order and we will wait for about 30 mins just for the drink before the main course. we end up been served by 3 waiters because another will forget that u made an order and we will call another that one also will take his own time, it but the waiter introduce herself to us took only few orders and forget about order, it was a disaster. the will not even clean table when we are finished with our drinks and food. when we were asking for our bill they gave us a bill with 7 extra drinks we didn't order. we asked for the billed to be charged they reduced from 7 to 4drinks we still complained and we asked for the manager. even the manager was not helpful at all with the suitation she told us that we need to sort it out with the waiters, it took us an hour until we decided to pay the that bill. we were so disappointed because we never had any problem with all the restaurant with been and the matter was never even resolved. if they continue this way they might end up closing down.
