Central reservations , shocking unhelpful and usless

Shocking poor central reservations service.

I called to cancel a booking.

1st try over 20mins on hold with recording and no answer.

2nd call i got through to a lady that seems like she woke up from a deep sleep to answer the call, she was so lost and didnt know what she was saying , she then droped the line.

3rd try got through to a guy he took my details, was of no help he didnt know anything about how to cancel etc. He says he will send a email to someone to assist him and that i will get a email to confirm within 30mins.

This email has never been received.
