Caledon 4 star hotel and spa extremely dirty.

We booked two rooms at a 4 star hotel to find that both our entire rooms are extremely dirty, the bath is dirty with a whole black rim of dirt around it. The bed linin is also dirty with yellow marks. The couch is dirty full of marks. The whole carpet is dirty with oil marks and dark marks. The general assistant manager, isn't willing to make the customer happy but rather to suggest what she wants to offer to make a solution. She pretends to listen but then just offers the same solution we as a family were not happy about. As we talk she stands and laughs, we had to explain the filthy rooms situation to 3 different managers. We had to run after them, instead of them coming to our dirty rooms to accommodate us professionally.
