Cabana Beach resort December 2019 Tsogo sun

The accommodation is pricey however the condition of the rooms upon check in is disgusting :blood on sheets on both single beds in the room, sheets are fitted very messy , blood on the pillow slip ,the actual beds and walls are dirty ,one bed is dirty all round , the bedroom is full of fleas. Outer Front of the toilet is full of urine . The floors are dirty, the sofas have some sticky filth on the armrests , all very visible dirt that can’t be missed by a blind cleaning crew. If this is Tsogo sun standards then shareholders take your money and run , this is a downward spiral. I don’t want to return and I will let anybody who mentions Durban or Umhlanga know what Cabana Beach resort is all about. It’s a huge disappointment to the family who are looking forward to a sterling year end holiday to be treated to this poorly presented sham of a holiday resort. We must get out of this trash ASAP. I arrived from Lacot da zur in Margate which is 4 star but should be 8 star if Cabana Beach resort has any * ratings. Biggest thumbs down ever to Tsogo sun Cabana Beach resort in Umhlanga!!
