Buhle - Please Teach her manners!!

At Check-In I had such a terrible experience with Buhle, she was terrible at the front desk.<br> She was not welcoming or friendly. I had greeted her nicely & complimented her scarf at 12h05pm on Saturday 20/03/2016. She acted faulty with me from the beginning & had asked that I pay for parking & tourism levy at check-in! This has never happened to me before at any Southern Sun, this is usually paid at Check out. I had told her politely I had just sat in Marianhill traffic, arrived at hotel my vehicle is parked outside with my wallet & sleeping 2yr old and wife, could she please just give me the room and I will sort it out later - right now I want to check in as I am tired. She acted like an idiot and practically forced me to go back to my car and get wallet & come back, when I come back I am now ****ed off (check your CCTV cameras - 12h09pm), I ask her is she \busy\" or can we get this over with now. she then completely ignores me & tries to serve me & stack papers at same time,Effing RUDE!<br> I was ****ed now, I told I her I am going to another person & she didnt even flinch & said \"OK\".<br> Please get rid off her or teach her how to treat guests!<br> <br> I went to Simphiwe, he was great!"
