Booking system updates suck

I had tried making a booking on your website and redeemed my sun rands, I entered my credit card details thereafter and somehow the request timed out.

I now tried to re-book and see that my Sun Rands balance is 0. I called the contact center who then advised me that it will reflect later.

I am so concerned that i might now lose my booking due to the system not updating :( as i REALLY do not want to pay part of my booking if i do have the sunrands available.

Please re look at your system, it really is inconvenient.
