Booking Cancelled

I made my booking and paid for it months ago for this past weekend as I was visiting Nelspruit to run the Kaapsehoop Marathon.<br> When I arrived on Friday afternoon they could not find my booking. After searching the system they found that my booking had been cancelled.<br> The manager on duty said sorry they don't know what happened and they are fully booked.<br> After some harsh, loud words from me of the tune \Don't make your problem mine"they \""found\"" a room.<br> Do I have to go through all of that stress to get what I paid for?<br> <br> I get to the room and it isn't cleaned.<br> The cleaning staff had started cleaning but never finished.<br> After more loud words they came along and finished cleaning the room.<br> <br> I cannot believe this service. I use this hotel every year since I run the same marathon and this is the first time I was so disappointed in the service! I may need to reconsider my accommodation next time round."""
