SPECIAL COMMENDATION TO : KHALIK, SALMAN,MARTIN,LESEGO, PRINCE, KHUTSILE AND ALL THE PORTERS AND WELCOME STAFF!!Firstly I would like to thank The management team for dealing with my query in such a speedy, amazing manner, with such diligence as well as his commendable service excellence!I have encountered various stays at some of the best hotels, however the experience with yours was truly remarkable and an unforgettable one. Khalik and Salman you are the face and grace of this hotel! They truly embody the definition of Values and have the most welcoming personalities ever!! They willingness to assist can turn negativity into positivity and optimism. .Martin on my Restaurant query never failed to go over and beyond the call of duty and really deserves this nomination as well, Thank You to the team for the wonderful value you add daily to so many lives as well as to the organisation as a whole, the staff really have passion which makes anything they do fantastic.
