Beverly Hills at its WORST!

The service and treatment that Medical Doctor,Dr Raman received was totally and utterly poor and unacceptable. The staff member named Mtobisi was terribly rude and arrogant. This is not the first time that we have received poor service at the hotel restaurant, please can this issue be addressed .this can constitute a racial issue at your hotel . Beverly Hills is known to be a 5 star establishment where colour and creed should not be a problem , but sadly it’s evident that this is becoming a problem and the service received is unacceptable.
