Beverley Hills Umhlanga - Not worth the money spent.

I was just about to book a stay at tsogo sun Polokwane and Pretoria- and then i remembered my stay in Nov 2017 at the Beverley hills hotel umhlanga was less than impressive.

I sent feedback to hotel via email, on every detail that was not up to standard and to this day , no one has bothered to provide a response nor have i received an apology.

I tried to forward the email to customer relations However i could not find an email address for guest complaints on the tsogo sun website. I also sent a message to tsogo sun via facebook, that too was ignored.

I spent R9500 on accommodation alone for 2 days in Beverley Hills Hotel Umhlanga, my stay was not worth the money spent. The lack of attention and dont care attitude by Tsogo Sun is dissappointing.

Obviously i am now looking at other hotels in Polokwane due to the lack of service and bad experience I’ve had from what was supposed to be a five star hotel in Umhlanga. I wonder if the stay at other lower star tsogo sun hotels will be even worse.

Do yourselves a favour , never stay at the Beverley Hills Umhlanga, rather book at the Oyster Box Hotel next door. At least the Red Carnation Group is responsive to guests, unlike Tsogo Sun !
