Bad service & ****roaches

We are staying at southern sun Emnotweni stay easy and while the hotel is decent looking I killed a ****roach in my bathroom yesterday morning and this morning. When you stay at stayeasy and you book dinner you have to have your dinner at either the southern sun casino across the road or the southern sun hotel opposite the casino. They expect you to walk to the other hotels in the rain, at least I thought they should offer a shuttle service?. So in the rain we walked to Southern sun hotel, worst service and attitude. We order dinner and wine the waiter goes & calls the manager to come tell us the voucher from stay easy doesn't include alcohol. No issue but the attitude of the manager was not the frienudliest and he tried to bully us into eating from the buffet instead of the ala'cart menue. Then our waiter had an adolescent like attitude you could see she wasn't interested in giving good service. She would take forever to bring our orders, give us this look like we are annoying her when we talk, she would turn her back and leave before we even finish talking to her. Food wise, the stake and the lamb chops were like 50% meat and 50% fat. Ultimately there was little value for money
