Bad service

The last time I checked it 4 star hotel but the service I received rank 1star hotel, room 1222 on 27 sept until 30 sept 2025. In the day of arrival I was told my car will park outside the is no parking first come first serve but will the booking it should count on the booking that a parking need to be reserved. Booking it was for the family of 4, 1 bottle of water, one shower cap. I have want to hotel but this one is the worse, I know southern sun take priority to the guest, been treat as zero with my money?
