BAD SERVICE AT STAYEASY

i had booked into Stayeasy hotel in Rustenburg for the weekend. on sunday morning i had to check out. i went for breakfast at around 9.50 am and i was informed that breakfast is finished and i complained to the receptionist. she informed that they is nothing they can do.

i pleaded with them to make me at least some eggs for me and they just insisted that breakfast is finished.

to make matters white i asked for the manager to informed of my complaint. ha came in and he didn't even care to speak to me and just left with a certain lady and i had to go without breakfast. this is not the first time.

staff run to collect all the food before time.
