BAD SERVICE and OVERPRICED

My husband and I along with our friends booked for the Easter Vacation Break. Firstly the hotel is not well maintained, dirty carpets, dirty walls. My room was cleaned one evening at 8pm. There is ONE person on evening shift for such a HUGE hotel. I was told one morning there is not clean towels in the ENTIRE hotel so I was given hand towels to shower with this being I was in the EXECUTIVE SUITE. We had to call for TOILET paper to be replenished. There is no microwave,bar fridge or water in the room. The breakfast was halaal friendly but there was clear CROSS CONTAMINATION showing disregard for our requirements. I believe when we pay for a service we should receive a service. The hotel staffs uniform is washed out so they dont look professional, the overall look of the hotel decor needs some work. My room lamp was older than when pa fell off the bus. Serious HOTEL MANAGAMENT needs to be considered at this HOTEL that infact has potential to become an esteemed destination if it is looked after. We had a horrible stay which impacted on our vacation.
