Bad service and Dishonest!

<p>I was over charged for my stay. Only booked for 3 nights and was charged for 4. When I asked why that happened the duty manager kept running in circles about the charge and eventually said there was 2 room bookings made and the other guest who had stayed for 2 nights transferred their bill to my name. This did not make sense at all to me because they did not even check to verify whether or not I know this person and they could not explain why did they charge them for one night if they stayed for 2. Im extremely disappointed in their services and dishonesty! This is the second bad encounter I have had with this same hotel and will not be going back there again, nor would I recommend anyone else to book with them because there are always unknown charges that come up at the end of your stay!</p>
