Bad Service

13.10.2020 while booked at the Southern Sun Cullinan, I went to the dining area when I waited about 20 minutes without being attended to. I then decided to go back to my room so that I can place room service with the hope that it will be faster that sitting in the dining area. After placing my order, I waited for over and hour for my order. I took it upon myself to call the reception and follow up, it is then where they promised me that they will do a follow up. 30 minutes later there was still response from the reception.

I then decided to drive out to get myself outside. Even upon my return there was still no sign of my order.

It is disappointing because I have booked for dinner for the rest of my stay so I was actually paying for all this services.

Previously I stayed at Southern Sun waterfront and I had a first class service, hence I chose to use Southern Sun yet again. However this recent event really disappointed me and I am not sure if I will recommend it to anyone.

This is was truly a bad service
