Bad Service

Despite numerous email I have not had a satisfactory reply from this establishment. I wrote one and asked a few questions to which I did get a reply but all my questions were not answered. I then followed up with two more emails addressed to Adrian to which I have had no reply. I have just tried phoning but the Time Share Section is not open nor is Reservations. Not satisfactory for a 5 Star Resort
