Bad Service

<p>very bad service</p> <p> </p> <p>1st and last time I will think of booking at gold reef theme park </p> <p> </p> <p>because I'm not a "regular" guest at the hotel .. they can't upgrade my room.</p> <p> </p> <p>i travelled over 5 hours to have a problem checking in 3 ppl...</p> <p> </p> <p>you never have this problem in Durban </p> <p> </p> <p>lucky City lodge could help me.. coz as a black card I mean nothing to tsogo sun</p>
