Bad service

Southern Sun Elangeni. I have reservation at this hotel to stay for one night and I have two complaints. First I tried calling them today 6 times and wasting 30 mins and the receptionist was unable to put me through to a manager. My wife and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary on the 13th May and we are wanting to have dinner at their restaurant Lingela and want to make reservation. Please can someone assist.
