bad disclosure costing me money- no apology given

Went to Hyde parks Southern Sun for NYE 2015/2016 rooftop party and booked in online for the room. <br> I paid the same amount that a friend of mine paid for the room( R1400.00!), however Our room did not include breakfast but his did.<br> We were NOT informed at any point even at check in that brekkie was not included.<br> <br> even in the morning when we walked into the restaurant the lady took our room numbers and didn't say anything. after brekkie whilst leaving we were presented with a R400 bill! <br> This has taken me out of pocket hugely.<br> <br> at the front desk at check out when we told the lady, she didn't apologise or anything. I mean all she said was no its because you booked online. and here I am sitting R400 out of pocket, these are hidden costs. I told her maybe you guys should inform guests in advance at check in, so we would know, all she did was shake her head and said no. This has put such a damper on my experience there.<br> <br> <br> at any point someone could've said breakfast was not included, then I would not have spend R200 Per head on a breakfast!<br> <br> <br> are we penalized for booking online?<br> This is ridiculous.
