Bad customer service from an Indian woman at Garden court hotel

My partner and I were at Garden court south beach in Durban on the 12th October 2018 @ around 19:30 - 20:00. We wanted to enquire about a hotel room because we had been to their website on Tsogo sun and saw that there was a room available. At the reception area there was two black guys and one Indian lady. We were assisted by an Indian lady (couldn't get her name, but at that time we were there she was the only Indian lady at reception)

This lady was full of it, unfriendly, lacks customer service and rude. She dismissed us and in a rude voice said THERE ARE NO ROOMS AVailable, but their system online showed that there was a possibility of obtaining a room.

I have been to Tsogo sun hotels and I tell u this was the first time that the reception area treated us like that.

I am never again booking or getting any close to that particular hotel because of such attitudes we get from people like her.

She shouldn't be on the receiving end as she lacks customer service.
