bad costumer service

I am a regular visitor at the sun hotel in pretoria. I was there yesterday apperently the lady who assisted me said I'm booked in at room 302. During the day someone can after about 7 hours just Unlocked my room while I was sleeping and it's the second time it happend and it's acceptable it happend on the 13 of January 2015.and no one came to apologise.the guy came back again asked me a few questions asked him if there was a problem he said no.after that I went to reception to ask what's going on he said I was supposed to be booked in at room 306 but my card and everything opened at room 302.
