bad attitude

i have bad treated yesterday by the lady called Eulanda from Southern Sun Bitrix. i made a booking through the travel agency for Mkhatshwa Khulile immediately i went to the reception to find out if the booking has been arranged. the lady checked on the system and said the booking is done i further requested her to check if the voucher has paid. she started to be rude to me and mentioned that the is no voucher so that Ms Mkhatshwa will not able to check in. I further requested her to call the travel agency to follow up and said is not her responsibility to check i really asked her again since i was not having airtime. she refused and told me that you will wait until the manager come to check since she has no access for the emails. we waited her and tried to make follow up and she feather gave us attitude to request us to sit down not be next to reception. The other guy called Goodman assisted us since we were given bad attitude. i really ask the manager to deal with the matter and requested the lady to apologies to us.
