AVOID GARDEN COURT MTHATHA WITH RUDE FEMALE STAFF

Garden Court Mthatha is the worst experience of my stay here in the Eastern Cape. Upon arrival at my room, I realised I had been allocated a family room with two double beds. I hate family rooms as it feels like I am sleeping at a commune with people watching me. When I went to the reception to sort out the mess, the ladies there had the nerve to be condescending and rude. They didn't even bother checking for another room, like I was some kind of inconvenience. THE ATTITUDE OF THE FEMALE STAFF IS THE WORST HERE. PLEASE CHECK OTHER REVIEWS. And to think I had already had a run-in with a non-working key upon arrival, which Mihlali had professionally sorted out. These ladies clearly have no idea what hospitality means. They're probably just here because they have to be, not because they care about their job. The small place we stayed at last night was way better than this overpriced disaster. This was my first time in this establishment and I am never setting foot here again. The economy is bad to pay for an inconvenience, please avoid Garden Court Mthatha. You areat the mercy of this small town establishment because even the central reservation number does not go through after business hours.
