Appealing, low standard, unprofessional

Had a most terrible incident, of sleepless nights, slept in a room that sounded like beds,chairs were being moved management informed and called in room to hear sounds but nothing was done ,was taken like a joke and it was a trivial issue to them as if I was staying in hotel for free
