Aletta rudeness at OR Tambo

Aletta at reception is very rude. I asked for my call to be transfered to HR or Manager and she wanted to know why so I explained and she hung up my call. I called back and asked why she hung up my call and she responded in a rude manner by asking me "what do I want?"
