Aircon fault Service poor. No wifi. Extra charges

I am booked into Tsogo Sun Garden Court Marine Parade Durban. 1st day when I arrived 5 boxes of goods were delivered there for me. I was charged for them to deliver it to my room. Then I asked about the wifi and was told there isn't for me although they state it on their website. Then I saw the board regarding the shuttle services charging R40 per person to go to Gateway, when I wanted to take it I was told it is R250. I have also been experiencing air con problems since the 1st night, the air con switches on automatically even of I select air con off permanently. I called from the 2nd night and they have still not done anything about it. To be quite frank I am disgusted and can't wait to leave this hotel. I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS HOTEL. IN FACT, I'D ADVISE PEOPLE AGAINST IT!! SHAME ON YOU TSOGO SUN.
