A Night Spoilt

I am beyond disappointed by the experience at what is suppose to be fine dining restaurant. I booked twice -online and called in to make a reservation in advance. They gave us a horrible table where we felt in the rush of the waiters. We then asked to be moved. We then got a table right at the back where it was as if we were in the kiddy corner. A waiter came to us and we told him we have ordered and he said he would find out what's going on we also told him that we were waiting for our sprite. HE NEVER RETURNED. Finally we saw our old waiter who seemed to be looking for us. He had left our food at our old table because none told him we had moved. He finally brought our food and a completely different waiter brought the sprite. My boyfriend ordered a steak to which it was tough, hard to chew and unappetizing. I then had to go to hostess to find our what is going on because we did not even have any serviettes nor did anyone come back to our table and we were not clear on who our server was. It's obvious that the second waiter didn't care due to us already ordering. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you want it to be completely ruined.
